Our classic yacht package provides a stag weekend for those who appreciate the finer things in life. You only have to take one look at the sleek lines and timeless beauty of the Swan 55 to understand that this weekend is going to be something special. Swan yachts have a reputation for being the playthings of millionaires and this beauty is everything you would expect. Up on deck she is all gleaming white teak and shining brass and chrome, while down below there are acres of dark panelling and sumptuous upholstery that just has you itching to reach for the brandy and settle back with a good cigar in order to fully appreciate your surroundings while our hostess tends to your every need.
Not so fast though; there is a stag do to enjoy here and it is only after a night spent at a top notch restaurant in Hamble that you can finally retire to the comfort of your yacht and fully appreciate the refined elegance of your surroundings. The following morning is all about the sailing and, although the Swan 55 is an elegant old lady, she’s no slouch and that slippery Sparkman and Stephens hull is a wonder in itself, providing effortless fast cruising that will embarrass many modern yachts. Spend the day simply enjoying this beautiful boat under sail or explore some of the gems of the Solent such as Yarmouth, Lymington, Bembridge or secluded havens such as Newtown Creek.
In the evening, we’ll book you in to a restaurant of your choice and ensure that you get a RIB to chauffeur drive you to shore if required. Once back on board, we’ll make sure the champers is on tap as the celebrations head into early hours of dawn.
Sunday is all about chilling out and recovering. We can provide a BBQ aboard if required and what better place to anchor your gentleman’s yacht than off Osborne House, once home of Queen Victoria and famed for its opulent beauty. After that, there’s just time to hoist the sails and return in regal style. The perfect stag weekend for the more urbane among us who realises that true hedonism requires a frisson of style and class.
